How long is shipping?

Our shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days, depending on country/region. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, ensuring that your stationery items reach you in a timely manner.

What is your warranty?

At Inkwell Stationers, all our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty includes issues with materials or workmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for support and guidance on warranty claims.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may return the order once received, following our return policy guidelines.

What are your shop opening hours?

Our shop open during standard retail hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, late to 9:00 PM on Thursdays, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We welcome you to visit us during these hours to explore our exquisite collection of stationery.
